I’ve always loved “WORD” games. While my brother and sister were crazy over game consoles, I had my word games – whether it’s Scrabble, Boggle, Scramble, you name it and I’d play with you.
I just have to honour this addiction of mine at For Gooding Sake. Can I just say I love the “Words with Friends” app on iPhone? It’s a shame the premium app (that I paid for!) ain’t working. It kept on closing the app each time I opened it so I have to content myself with it’s free version that’s riddled with advertisements.
What I like about it? Apart from the fact it is a word game, I love that you can take your time in playing it. I take my turn when I’m available to do so. My ‘fiends’ could be waiting for an hour or a day and it doesn’t matter because they can go on with whatever they’re doing while waiting in the same way that I could do whatever I’m doing in my daily life while waiting for my opponents to take a turn.
